Most sales teams struggle with visibility into revenue or usage data due to the complexity of syncing billing and invoicing information with their CRM. With Lago, this is no longer an issue. Our integration ensures that crucial billing data, including invoices, subscriptions, and credit notes, syncs automatically and in real time to your Salesforce account. Any changes in Lago are instantly reflected in Salesforce, keeping your team informed and efficient.

Yes, we got you! We understand that your sales team prefers to operate within Salesforce. That’s why our package allows you to perform billing actions within Salesforce CRM, streamlining your workflow.
Create customers or trigger subscriptions directly from Salesforce to Lago using our custom flows. You can customize when actions are triggered and which fields are populated. By default, a subscription is created when an opportunity is marked as closed-won, but this is fully editable to suit your needs.

Our integration retrieves all plans and charges from Lago, making them available as price book entries in Salesforce. Your team can assign subscriptions, choose contract terms, and trigger actions in Lago without leaving Salesforce. What's even better? You can also override product prices to accommodate negotiated terms and packages.
If you prefer, you can open the subscription view directly in Lago via a specific button in Salesforce. This provides a shortcut for your sales team to assign subscriptions and edit contract terms without accessing other sections of the Lago app.
Your sales team can now create one-off invoices directly from Salesforce to Lago, generating non-recurring invoices for customers effortlessly.
