Can Lago work with Razorpay?
Lago can be paired with Razorpay through a custom integration. Lago does not list a native Razorpay connector: your team or an implementation partner must build and validate the bridge using Lago webhooks and the provider API.
Lago remains the billing system. Razorpay remains the payment system. This page describes an evaluation path, not a certification or commercial affiliation with Razorpay.
Verify before launch
- Create a test customer and subscription in Lago, then trace an invoice to the payment attempt in Razorpay.
- Confirm how a customer adds or changes a payment method, and how success, failure and retries return to Lago.
- Test partial payments, refunds, disputes and reconciliation against the same invoice IDs.
- Check regional payment methods, security requirements, ownership of support and the total integration work.
